Weddings weddings weddings.
They are all over.
On Saturdays.
On Thursdays.
On Sundays.
Exciting stuff.
This past week and weekend have been some of the craziest of the year so far.
And I have learned a couple of things
You want to know what they are?
No?
Meh, I am going to tell you anyway.
1. Always have a back-up plan.
My sister-in-law said this very thing to me last Sunday, little did I know how right she was.
2. Take a deep breath and ask God for peace before you panic.
It will greatly reduce the problem.
(also see #1)
3. Good friends are wonderful and irreplaceable.
Need I say more?
4. Hot sand hurts bare feet.
But you can always dig a hole!
5. The feeling of Summer in The Midwest = humidity
I am moving to a state where there is no humidity at all.
So there.
So there.
The end.
Happy Monday.
~Mackenzie Hope~
P.S. I may not be posing here for a while* due to a crazy schedule.
Thank you for your understanding.
*I will be back next Monday for sure!
Truer words have never been said, "You can always dig a hole!" =P
ReplyDeleteAh, it's been fun. Back up plans are wonderful... "if all else fails" (I wonder how many times I said that this weekend. Thankfully all else didn't fail very often.)
Good friends are irreplaceable so don't you dare move to a state with no humidity!
I'll miss your posts.... *sniff*
Oh, and beautiful picture!!
Agreed, agreed...just, all of them, agreed. Although the sand part I haven't felt in a while, sadly. :-) This wedding looks beautiful, and I'm looking forward to seeing both of your guys' posts! Also, your editing. Matches you. It's really magazine-ish and journalistic.
