For my birthday this year my older brother gave me a small leather notebook.I love notebooks, love them. I always like to have a spare notebook on hand, just in case I need to write something down, or doodle something. Notebooks are always useful, and you can always find a use for them.(If you haven't noticed yet, I like to repeat my self)
Anyway, I was thrilled when I received this notebook and immediately started thinking of what I could use it for.I already had a journal, and didn't need a second one (I don't fill up the first one well enough anyway).
I also already had a photography note book, in which I recorded everything I need to remember,everything I had learned, and random miscellaneous notes.
I already had one or two "note taking" notebooks. These ones were for taking sermon, Bible, and bible study notes. I had plenty of those.
So I decided to do something creative with this notebook.I decided to fill it with quotes and verses. Oh boy was I excited! I started off on the adventure of filling this little notebook with good quotes. The very first quote I wrote down was, "Fear makes life small", a quote I had seen on a friend's refrigerator. Cliché I know, but it was a good start. Now every time I hear, see, and find a good quote or Bible verse I write it in my little notebook. Which makes me very happy. So friends, here are just a few of the "nuggets of gold" I have found (numbered by where they are in my notebook).
