Good 'Ol Rainy Days

Friday, April 12, 2013

It has been raining the last couple of days.
To some people this fact would be depressing.
For some reason rain is something that communicates depressing and sad things.
I just can't seem to figure out why.....
I mean think about it, rain is water right?
And plants need water to grow green and healthy right?
And we need green and healthy plants to make us healthy right?
And when we are helthy we are very happy right?
You see the connection right?
Proof of God's grand design!
I love rain myself.

I love the sound of it pattering on the roof.
I love jumping in puddles of it.
I love the way it makes the grass green.
I love the fresh smell it brings to the air.
I love how perfect the little splashes of it look.
I love the beads it leaves hanging branches.
I love the feeling of it on my face.
I love the light it reflects when the sun comes out.

(I have just officially used the word "love" way to many times.)

Just remember.......April showers bring May flowers!
(but what do Mayflowers bring? Now that is the question....)

Also, for those of you who are getting exceedingly tired of my random, useless posts that all look the same (grass, my feet, rain, me in the mirror, the dogs, light fixtures etc....), I will be trying to better myself soon.

Loving (there I go again) rain and spring,
Mackenzie Hope

  2. Would it be wrong of me to just echo everything that Mikailah said? Because, even before I saw her comment, that was pretty much in my head what to say. hehe

  3. Most excellent pictures!

Could you do a post on how you organise your photos on your computer? I know it is kind of random but I am just starting to get into photography and I appreciate every word of advice. Thanks :)

    God bless!
